Later on, after completing his studies, he married his girlfriend Allison, and in 2016, their first daughter was born named Landry. Later in 2018, their second child was born, a girl named Lucy, and in December 2020, Easton, their son, came into this world.

Cody was the master of tricky shots at basketball, which led him to set several Guinness World Records like “Farthest basketball shot made while sitting on the court” 16.79 m (55 ft 1 in), “Farthest behind-the-back basketball shot” 10.92 m (35 ft 10 in), “Longest basketball shot blindfolded” (21.64 m (71 ft)) and the “Most basketball three-pointers made by a pair in one minute” which he shares with Coby Cotton. He has more than 1.5 M followers on Instagram and more than 100k followers on Twitter. Due to their hard work, Jones and his partners have made Dude Perfect the seventh most subscribed channel overall and the first most subscribed sports channel.
