King Von was a popular American songwriter and rapper. He is also well-known for his name ‘Grandson’ and ‘King.’ He came into the limelight after releasing his studio album Grandson, Vol. 1 in 2019. The rapper died when he was just 26 years old.

Personal Life:

King Von was born on August 9, 1994, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He was born to his mother Taesha and his father Walter E. Bennett. He has three siblings from his mother and six half-siblings from his father. Von’s father was killed when he was just 11 years old. Von went to jail for the first time at the age of 16. On August 9, 2019, he was blessed with a son. He also had a daughter, but there is no proper information about the mother of his children.

Death of King Von:

On 6 November 2020, at around 3:20 am, King Von was involved in an altercation with rapper Quando Rondo outside an Atlanta nightclub. Later, It escalated into gunfire. Then, he was admitted to the hospital in a critical stage, and he died on the same day. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced that four people were wounded and three were killed. The suspect was identified as Timothy Leeks, known as Lul Timm. On November 14, 2020, Von was buried in his hometown, Chicago.
