She was born as Rydel Mary Lynch and grew up with her four brothers in the United States. In 2009 Rydel started a band, R5, consisting of her four brothers and her family friend Ellington Ratliff and they also started a youtube channel along with this band. Her youngest brother Ryland served as the manager for the group. On September 5, 2010, the band released their first music video, ‘Without You.’ In April 2012, R5 signed a deal with Hollywood Records. In 2008, Rydel started her Acting career as she appeared in her first film, ‘Sunday School Musical.’ She has also appeared in several commercial films.
